Functions and Services related to Safe Workplace Kit

You will receive a hardware device that must include integrated product, a license and a rest encryption / encryption that ensures the privacy of the data and documents stored in the device.

1. Minimum requirements of hardware device:

1. Minimum safety requirements:

1. Specific requirements for advertising

1. Minimum support and care service requirements:

The Digitizer Agent will provide aSupport and Care service with the following guaranteesfrom delivery of devices to completion of phase 2 execution:

• The device iswill deliver within Spainafter its correct operation has been verified.
• As a beneficiary, you can be served by the support service in5 working days.You will have to have an email to receive the notice of failure or incident, with a minimum service time for these communications from 09: 00 to 17: 00, from Monday to Friday.
• The repairs will be made througha remote or on-site support at the location where the delivery was made.The resulting costs shall be the responsibility of the digitizer. It includes break or break repairs and configuration problems, provided they are based on the correct use of the device.
• The maximum time to repair the failure, between the communication of the incident and the resolution of the incident,shall be 5 working days.If this time limit is not met, you will be granted similar replacement equipment.

1. Minimum requirements for the cybersecurity solution

• The safe workstation solution shall meet the following minimum requirements associated with the solution categoryfrom Cybersecurity:
• Antimalware:you will have access to a tool that analyzes your device, its internal memory and external storage devices.
• Antispyware:will be provided a tool that detects and avoids spy malware.
• Safe mail:You will have e-mail analysis tools with the following characteristics:Antispam, with unwanted mail detection and filter.Antiphishing, with post detection with links or malware that are suspected to serve to steal credentials.
• Safe navigation:You will have a content control and anti-adware to avoid malicious ads.
• Threat analysis and detection: the solution will allow you to know the behavior of existing and new threats.
• Network monitoring:you will have tools that analyze network traffic and alert threats.
• Initial configuration and security updates:an initial configuration must be made for correct use, with the respective updates of malware signatures and other data for threat detection in addition to the regular security software updates required.
• Special training requirements:In addition to the common training requirements, the training you will receive will include a tutorization for the configuration of the security software, as well as a cybersecurity awareness kit to complement the solution with human firewall skills.

6.Acquisition of the associated hardware:

• Once phase II is completed, you can acquire the hardware property,After payment to the Adjusted Digitizer Agentthe residual value of the equipment.
• This will be an optional decision for you, butrequired for the Adjusted Digitizer Agent.
• If you do not pay the agreed purchase amount, the Adjusted Digitizing Agent mayrecover the equipment.
• The Adjusted Digitizer Agent, at the end of the 12-month service provision for phase II, must inform, in his offer of the Accelerera Pyme Digitization Solutions Catalog, what the purchase value of the equipment is. That saidthe amount must be reflected in the Digital Solutions Delivery Agreement.
• The maximum amount of the purchase value shall be the15% of the amount of the signed agreement(amount of solution).

Those beneficiaries who choose to formalize "Safe Workplace" Agreements must have validated one or more Digital Solutions Delivery Agreements for any other Digitization Solution Category from among those provided for in Article 18.2 of the Regulatory Basis.
